    SSL encryption

In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.B. SSL) via HTTPS. You can tell whether a single page of our offer is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. If you have visited the unencrypted version of a page of our offer, you can switch from http:// to https:// to encrypted by adjusting the address.

    Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as.B Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google web fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google web fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

    Cookies

This website uses cookies. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit the pages. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie, which results in connection with the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we will gain direct knowledge of your identity. On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of the offer more pleasant for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of the websites. These are automatically deleted after leaving the page. In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your device for a certain specified period of time. If you visit the pages again to use the services, it is automatically recognized that you have already been here and what entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.

On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of the website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing the offer for you. These cookies make it possible to automatically recognize that you have already been here when you visit my pages again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time. The data processed by cookies are necessary for the aforementioned purposes to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, the complete deactivation of cookies may mean that you will not be able to use all the functions of the website.

    Embedded YouTube videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. Youtube is informed which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your Youtube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.

If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.

Anyone who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to rectification, blocking or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deletion of your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer. The contact details can be found at the bottom.

In order for a lock of data to be taken into account at any time, this data must be stored in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, unless there is a legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data on request.

You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.

    Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.B. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply to your new visit.

Transmitted and stored data when using a GaitoBot

The following data is generated when you have a conversation with a GaitoBot:

    Minutes of conversations

Your conversation with a GaitoBot will be recorded and made available to the Bot Master to improve its GaitoBot.

This means that at the end of the conversation, the owner of the GaitoBot receives a log of the conversation, which contains all your inputs and the answers of the GaitoBot.

In addition, no personal data (such as .B IP addresses) is transmitted to the bot master via the call.

This means that only what you type in yourself in the conversation is stored in the conversation log.

    Cookies / Call Attributes

During the conversation, the GaitoBot can remember things that you have communicated to it. On a new visit, he can use this information to resume the conversation, greet you by name (if you have mentioned it), etc.

To ensure that this succeeds, the GaitoBot passes a so-called cookie to your web browser. When you visit again, your browser returns the cookie to the GaitoBot, which can thus recall the stored characteristics.

If you do not want this, you can also deactivate cookies in your browser.
